Production worker Day shift

In order to realize our growth ambitions, we want to strengthen our production team. For our company GROBETON nv with location Industrieweg 24, 2280 Grobbendonk, we are looking for a motivated Production Employee who wants to help build our future.
In our self-compacting concrete department, you will be part of a team with a varied and versatile range of tasks. You will work on a variety of assignments ranging from shuttering and demoulding concrete products to insulating and cladding booths, and installing doors or grilles in our precast premises.
You enjoy working independently, but also function well as part of a team. Efficiency, accuracy and commitment come naturally to you. You get satisfaction from variety in your tasks and feel at home in a production environment where quality is key.
The position is day shift/early with the possibility of 2-shift operation in the future.
Your duties
1. Forming products
- Grinding and tailoring of rebar netting and recesses.
- Setting formwork edges based on production drawings.
- Installation or customization of formwork edges.
- Application of necessary pour-in parts according to product drawing specifications.
2. Unboxing and driving out products
- Unloading of formwork edges.
- Safely operate overhead cranes and properly torque loads.
- Outside driving of finished products with forklift; updating in case of minor transport damage.
- Cleaning and preparing molds and formwork edges for reuse.
3. Finishing products
- Assemble and join various concrete elements into one unit, according to drawing.
- Installation of vents, doors, stairs, eaves and gutter hooks.
- Perform exterior finishing with crepi and paint.
- Perform interior finishing with insulation, full-core boards and reinforcements for the purpose of later suspension of, for example, sinks or air conditioning units.
