Our new PORCO Grates are pig grates of 115 cm width produced in our latest molds.
Anders Beton supplies a wide range of grate floors and floor slabs for pork, sow and piglet houses. Our slatted floors are delivered under product certificate and are characterized by their high concrete quality. By using raw materials from the Rhine and our unique vibration technology, we are able to produce concrete slats with a water/cement factor of approx. 0.40. This is unique in the market for agricultural stable floors. Because we hardly use any processing water, our pig slats, which are also equipped with our cassette model, have an excellent manure throughput.

Animal-friendly deburred slots
Our slatted floors are deburred at the factory as standard. Due to the production process based on direct de-burring, small burrs occur at the level of the slots. To avoid claw damage, deburring the slots is recommended.
